How to create a calorie deficit

When looking to loose body fat make sure you have your priorities right as it will give you the results you deserve.
1. Diet on point, eating less calories than you are expending (we call this a calorie deficit), you can find a rough idea of how many calories you should be consuming here http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html
Use the app MyFitnessPal to track how many calories a day you are eating
https://www.myfitnesspal.com/
2. Be aware of how much non exercise activity you are doing each day, many people use step counters for this like Fitbit but even the iPhone has an app inbuilt to show how many steps you take. Be aware and be active!
3. Weight training – this preserves you muscle mass (stops a flat ass occouring!). This keeps curves in women and keeps men looking masculine, plus an added bonus is that it keeps the metabolic rate (metabolism) for dropping.
4. Cardio
These points are in order of importance in our opinion. Cardio is a great add in to weight loss but it’s effect is marginal compared to the other points!
